医药类教育部创新团队建设现状及特征分析

摘　　要：目前我国已建成医药类教育部创新团队140个,分布于25个省市的52所高校中,其建设特征充分体现了基础医学与临床医学的结合、宏观医学与微观医学的结合、现代医学与转化医学的结合、传统医学与民族医学的结合以及重点领域与特色方向的结合,但其分布不均衡、交叉融合不足已成为医药类教育部创新团队进一步发展的瓶颈。At present,There have been 140 medical education innovation teams of China＇s ministry,which distribute in 52 colleges and universities in 25 provinces or cities. Its construction features fully embodies the combination of basic medicine and clinical medicine, the combination of macro and micro medical medicine, modern medicine and the combination of translational medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine and the combination of focus areas combined with the characteristic direction. But insufficient distribution imbalance and cross fusion has become bottlenecks to the further development of medical education innovation teams of China＇s ministry.
