山东省专科护士培训现状及阻碍专科护理工作的因素

摘　　要：目的调查山东省获得专科护士执业证书的护士培训情况及阻碍专科护理工作的因素,探寻相应对策。方法采用自设问卷,对山东省已取得资格证书的161名专科护士进行问卷调查。结果山东省专科护理工作取得一定成果,但培训标准和再认证标准不统一,培训内容中人文知识比例少;医院决策者对专科护理工作缺乏认识等因素阻碍着专科护理的开展;不同经济水平的地区阻碍因素得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应统一专科护士培训和再认证标准,在培训内容中增加人文知识的比例;医院管理者提高对专科护理工作的重视,规范专科护士的使用与管理制度;根据各地区的经济发展水平,有针对性地进行专科护士培训。Objective To investigate the training of specialized nurses and barriers of specialized nursing development in Shandong province,and to explore the corresponding countermeasures. Methods Totally 161 certificated specialized nurses in Shandong province were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The training of specialized nurses has achieved certain positive results in Shandong Province. However,there still has no standardized training criteria and certification standard; the proportion of humanities knowledge was low; hospital decision makers lacked of understanding on the work of specialized nurses hindering the development of specialized nursing. The score of barriers in the developed areas was significantly lower than that of the medium level areas and less developed areas（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is suggested to unify the training and certification of specialized nurses and increase the proportion of humanities knowledge. Moreover, hospital managers should pay more attention to the development of specialized nursing,standardize the use and management of specialized nurses ,and provide specialized nurse training according to the situations of different areas.
