摘  要:目的以经过脱腥脱色处理的龙须菜干粉为原料,制备龙须菜片,并测定片中膳食纤维含量。方法采用美国分析化学协会(AOAC)991.43酶-重量法测定龙须菜片中总膳食纤维(TDF)、不溶性膳食纤维(IDF)、可溶性膳食纤维(SDF)的含量。结果龙须菜片中TDF、IDF、SDF含量分别为21.23%±1.03%、6.38%±0.39%、15.09%±0.36%,RSD值分别为4.5%、4.9%、2.1%。结论经脱腥脱色处理后龙须菜片中膳食纤维含量大大提高,采用酶-重量法测定龙须菜片中膳食纤维含量精密度良好,方法可行。Objective To prepare gracilaria lemaneiformis tablets with gracilaria lemaneiformis dry powders after deodorization and decolorization as raw material, and to determine its contents of dietary fiber. Methods AOAC 991.43 was used to determine the contents of TDF, IDF and SDF in gracilaria lemaneiformis tablets. Results The contents of TDF, IDFand SDF were 21.23% ±1.03%, 6.38% ±0.39% and 15.09% ±0.36%, and the values of relative standard deviations(RSD) were 4.5%, 4.9% and 2.1%, respectively. Conclusion After treatment of deodorization and decolorization, the contents of dietary fiber in gracilaria lemaneiformis tablets are greatly improved. The precision of enzymatie-gravimetric method is good, and the method is feasible.
