摘　　要：目的探讨眼科临床护理细节与安全。方法结合我院眼科护理的实际情况，设计一个调查问卷，调查眼科临床护理细节与安全，分析眼科护理安全隐患原因，并在现有基础上提出切实可行的方案。结果在抽样调查中发现，许多护理人员没有按照操作程序，发生一些差错事故，同时部分护理人员缺乏责任心，没有关注科室的环境卫生，造成交叉感染，在本院采取严格的规章制度和采用循环护理模式后，取得了比较好的效果，在采取干预措施后测试，患者对护理的满意度有较大幅度的提升。结论眼科临床护理的细节非常重要，只有加强护理人员的责任心，采用先进的护理模式，才能够满足患者的需要。Objective To explore clinical care details and security in ophthalmology. Methods Combining with the actual situa- tion of eye care in our hospital, a questionnaire was designed to investigate clinical care details and security, analyze the reasons of potential safety hazard, and based on it put forward to practical solutions. Results In the sample survey it was found that many nurses were not in accordance with the operating procedures, the occurrence of some errors in the accident, while some nurses lacked the sense of responsibili- ty, ignored the department~ environmental health, caused cross - infection in the hospital. After taking strict regulations and the use of cycle model of care, relatively good results achieved. After interventions, patients＇care satisfaction had been greatly improved. Conclusions The details of the ophthalmic clinical care are very important. Only strengthening the sense of responsibility of the nursing staff, the use of ad- vanced care model meets the needs of patients.
