纤维桩树脂核修复前牙残根残冠48例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨纤维桩树脂核修复前牙残根残冠的临床效果。方法 48例患者共60颗患牙被随机分为实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组采用金属桩核冠修复,实验组采用纤维桩树脂核修复。结果两组在一年期成功率方面无统计学差异(p>0.05),但在两年期成功率方面有统计学差异(p<0.05)。对照组为76.67%,实验组达到96.67%,实验组显著优于对照组。结论纤维桩树脂核修复前牙残根残冠安全有效,且能显著提高修复成功率,值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of repair of anterior residual crown and root by fiber Post and resin core. Methods 48 cases and 60 teeth at all were randomly divided into experimental group （n=30）, control group were repaired by metal crown. and experimental group were repaired by fiber post and resin core. Results One-year success rate in both groups had no significant difference （p0.05）, but there was significant difference in the two-year success rate （p0.05）. Control group was 76.67%, and experimental group reached up to 96.67%, experimental group were significantly better than control group. Conclusion Repair of anterior residual crown and root by fiber post and resincore was safe and effectual, and can significantly enhance treatment effect, so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
