高职工商管理专业个人与团队管理课程体验式教学法的应用

摘　　要：能力本位是高职教育观的核心内容。因此，在教学方法上应以重点培养学生自主学习的能力、踏实的实践能力、创造性的工作能力为核心，使培养的人才适应经济社会发展的需要。个人与团队管理课程是我院工商管理专业的核心课程之一。本文阐述了体验式教学法的含义与优势，结合个人与团队管理课程教学中的实践经验，重点介绍了体验式教学法在该课程教学中的应用，以期能为其他管理类课程的教改提供借鉴作用。Competency-orientation is a core content of higher vocational education view. Therefore, in teaching methods, students＇ independent learning ability, strong practical ability and creative work ability should be greatly （rained so as to train the talents meeting the need of social economic development. Individual and Team Management course is one of core courses of business admin- istration major in my college. The paper expounds the meaning and advantages of experiencing teaching method and combines the practical teaching experience of Individual and Teem Management course to mainly introduce the teaching method^s application in this teaching, hoping to provide some references for the reform of other management courses.
