摘　　要：目的探讨虫草素对支持细胞系TM4体外增殖的影响。方法采用形态学观察、MTT法和TUNNEL法检测5个不同浓度的虫草素对小鼠支持细胞株TM4细胞生长和增殖的作用。结果虫草素抑制TM4细胞的增殖,诱导其细胞凋亡,并呈现出剂量依赖效应。当用10 mg/L以上的虫草素处理培养的TM4细胞时,MTT法测得的细胞生长抑制率和TEN-NEL法获得的细胞凋亡指数与对照组相比均有显著差异。结论虫草素在预防和治疗睾丸癌方面有应用价值。Objective To study the effects of cordycepin on the growth and proliferationof cultured TM4 cells.Methods The morphologial observation,MTT method and Tunnel method were all used to detect the action of cordycepin on TM4 cells cultured in DMEM medium and treated with 5 of different concentration.Results Cordycepin inhibits the the growth and proliferation of TM4 cells,and induces the apoptosis of cultured TM4,cells with dose-dependent property.When the cultured TM4 cells were treated with 10 mg / L or more of cordycepin,the inhibitiory rate of TM4 cells measured by MTT method and apoptosis index of TM4 cells detected by TENNEL method all have the significantly differences compared with the data of the control group.Conclusion Cordycepin has the application prospects in the prevention and treatment of testicular cancer.
