摘 要:农村地区的房屋多为'低矮宽胖'一至两层的砌体结构,且抗震能力普遍不足.基于对钢筋-沥青复合隔震层大量的理论与试验研究,特将该种隔震效果明显、造价低廉、施工方法简易的隔震层应用于一个实际的农村三层民居.结构完工后采用锤击法并配合941B型拾振器拾取该房屋一层楼面和地下室地面加速度波,通过分析计算得该隔震房屋的隔震系数.结果表明,该房屋的隔震层可以将地面水平运动加速度衰减40%左右,具有良好的隔震效果.同时经对比计算得知该隔震房屋的造价没有增加.因此可知,这种新型隔震层非常适用于广大农村地区.Most houses in rural areas are low and wide. And the houses often have one or two floors which lack seismic ability. Based on the sufficient research of the steel asphalt isolation layer, we used the special isolation layer for a practical engineering case with three floors, and the isolation layer proved cheap with simple construction and obvious isolation effect. After the structure of the house was finished, we used the hammering method to test the isolation coefficient of the house by putting the vibration pickup style 941B on the basement floor and the first floor. The results showed that the isolation layer could decay the acceleration by about 40%. At the same time, the construction cost of the house did not increase any more at the contrast calculation. Therefore, this new type isolation layer is very suitable to be widely used in rural areas.
