摘  要:福建红曲黄酒是中国三大典型黄酒之一,以色红、味醇、香浓而著称。然而目前由于其生产工艺和设备较落后、科研投入不足、品牌形象缺乏、营销滞后、企业缺乏群体优势等多方面原因,导致其发展受限。在调研福建红曲黄酒发展现状的基础上,剖析其发展潜力,提出建议:通过企业的研发和营销、政府的引导和支持、以及高校的科技创新等措施,加快福建红曲黄酒的发展步伐。Fujian red starter yellow rice wine, one of the three typical yellow rice wine products in China, is famous for its red color, good taste and strong aroma. However, its development is caught in a bind nowadays due to its outdated production technology and production apparatus, in- sufficient technical investment, deficiency of proper brand image, and backward promotion approaches. In this paper, the author made survey on the present situations of Fujian red starter yellow rice wine and analyzed its development potentials. It was put forward that the relative enterprises should quicken the development pace through technical cooperation with colleges, winning the guidance and the support from the government, and adopting proper marketing approaches.
