钻式采煤机在复杂煤层中的应用分析

摘　　要：利用钻式采煤机采煤,不仅可以提高煤炭资源采出率,而且由于无需人员深入工作面内部,可大幅度减轻工人劳动强度。结合河南大峪沟煤业集团炭煤矿复杂煤层实际,根据钻式采煤机的工况进行了开采方案设计,在复杂煤层进行了工业性试验,取得了较好的效果。Coal mining with auger miner not only can improve the recovery rate of coal resources, but also can reduce the labor intensity of workers greatly because the workers should not to go into the deep part of working face. Combined with working conditions of the com- plicated seam in Tan Coal Mine of Henan Dayugou Coal Group Co. , Ltd. ,mining scheme was designed according to the working condi- tions of auger miner. Industrial experiments of auger miner were carried out in complicated coal seam, and achieved good results.
