摘　　要：烟叶醇化是改善烟叶品质的重要环节。从物理和生物技术2个方面综述了近些年来有关改善烟叶品质的醇化技术的研究与改进,探讨了醇化过程中化学成分的变化情况,并分析了烟叶醇化技术的应用前景和发展方向。Tobacco leaf alcoholization is an important link to improve the quality .From the two aspects of physical and biologi-cal technology, the author summarized the research advances in alcoholization technology for improving the quality of tobacco leaf in recent years, and discussed the changes in chemical compositions of tobacco leaf in the process of alcoholization .The future utiliza-tion prospects and developmental directions of tobacco leaf alcoholization technology were analyzed .
