摘  要:考虑人工脱粘层的接触效应,以承受轴向过载的某型导弹二级固体发动机为例,应用有限元软件MSC.Patran/Marc对其药柱进行了粘弹性有限元分析。通过对比8种情况下药柱Von Mises应力/应变计算结果,探讨了动静态计算模式下接触效应对药柱应力/应变计算结果的影响,提出了一种判断是否需要考虑接触效应的方法。结果表明,考虑人工脱粘层接触效应的药柱Von Mises应力/应变结果要比忽略接触效应的结果偏大;采用动态模式对药柱结构完整性进行仿真比采用准静态的计算模式所得到的结果要偏大;采用动态模式对接触效应进行仿真的计算结果更合理。所得结论和分析方法可为固体发动机研制提供参考。Considering contact effect between stress release boots, finite element software MSC. Patran/Marc was used as a tool to make a viscoelastic analysis of two stage solid motor under axial overload condition. Von Mises stress/strain of motor grain under eight cases was compared to analyze the performance of contact effect in dynamic and static mode. A simple method of judging the necessity of considering the contact effect was obtained. The results show that the numerical values of Von Mises stress/strain con-sidering contact effect between stress release boots were higher than that without considering contact effect; the numerical values of Von Mises stress/strain in dynamic mode were higher than that in static mode; the results in dynamic mode were more accurate for the simulation calculation of the contact effect. Some conclusions obtained and the analysis methods provide reference for the design and development of solid motors.
