独立学院教师聘任合同法律性质辨析

摘　　要：独立学院教师聘任合同适用《劳动合同法》,其与劳动合同具有很多共性,加之独立学院性质与教师身份特性,决定了独立学院聘任合同性质为劳动合同。The Labor Contract Law applies to independent college teachers＇ employment contracts,which share many similarities with labor contracts.The nature of independent college and the feature of its teacher identity determine that the nature of the independent college employment contract is labor contract.
