天津市高职高专院校信息化建设情况的调查与分析

摘　　要：教育信息化和校园信息化的建设问题是近年来各级教育机构备受关注的社会热点问题。针对天津市高职高专院校校园信息化建设的实际情况,我们进行了认真调查,通过全面分析,发现了总体规划不够、轻视软件系统建设、缺少建设标准、忽视资源应用、人员数量不足等方面的问题,提出了设立专职部门、强化队伍建设、建立用户与数据中心、加大经费投入和强化信息化科研建设等方面的改进建议和措施,力求为天津市高职高专院校校园信息化建设提供参考。In recent years, the construction of education information and campus information have become the social hot issues of all kinds of educational institutions.This paper investigate campus information construction of Tianjin higher technical and vocational colleges. By analyzing,it is found that the overall plan is not enough, software construction is despised, relevant standards are lack of, resource application is ignored, workforce is insufficient,etc.Higher vocational colleges should set up professional departments, strengthen the team construction, build users and data centre, increase spending, strengthen construction of scientific research and other recommendations. This essay tries to provide the reference for the Tianjin higher technical and vocational colleges campus information construction.
