摘　　要：高校传统的辅导员队伍组织结构和管理模式制约了辅导员队伍的组织效能。文章借鉴学习型组织的理论模式,界定了学习型辅导员队伍的概念和基本特征,提出了学习型辅导员队伍的建设目标、理念和原则,研究了学习型辅导员队伍的建设方法。Traditionally organizational structure and management model have restricted organizational effectiveness of college counselors.Referred to the theoretical model of learning organization,this paper defines the concept and basic characteristics of college learning counselors,raise the targets,ideas and principles for college learning counselors and studies the method for establishing college learning counselors.
