地方高等农业院校经济学专业本科人才培养模式改革探讨——以安徽农业大学为例

摘　　要：经济学专业因"宽口径"、职业指向广泛的专业特点,其人才培养模式的构建一直是个难题。地方高等农业院校经济学专业的本科人才培养模式存在人才培养目标特色不鲜明、专业课程"大而全"、实践教学环节薄弱,教学组织模式和教学方法单一等问题。针对这些问题,改革地方高等农业院校经济学专业人才培养模式,首要的是依托学校在"农科"领域的比较优势,重新定位人才培养目标,进而优化课程体系,强化实践教学环节,创新课程组织模式,改进教学方法。The construction of talent cultivating mode of economics major has been a complex problem with the feature of ＂broad-caliber＂ and wide vocation orientation.The paper firstly explores the problems in local higher agricultural universities,including objectives,curricula,practical teaching and teaching organization mode and teaching method.Then it puts forward reform suggestions of relocating the objective of talents cultivating depending on comparative advantage in agriculture field,and then optimizing curriculum system,strengthening methods of talents cultivation.
