摘　　要：实践育人是高校培养优秀人才的重要方法,是加强大学生思想政治教育的重要途径,是大学生成长成才的必由之路。高校"实践育人"理念是对中国传统"劳动教育观"、"知行统一"教育思想的继承和发展,有着深厚的传统文化渊源。分析这些传统文化渊源,对高校实践育人具有重要的现实意义。Practice Education Idea is an important method to cultivate outstanding talents in university,the important way to strengthen ideological and political teaching for university students,and the road for college students to grow and develop.The concept of ＂Practice Education Idea＂ is the inheritance and development of the Chinese traditional ＂Labor Education Idea＂ and ＂the Unity of Knowledge and Practice＂ education thought,and is deeply rooted in traditional culture origin.An analysis of the traditional culture origin of the Practice Education Idea in colleges and universities is of practical significance to practice education in universities.
