摘　　要：和谐人格是大学生健康成长的内在需要,具有丰富的内涵。思想政治理论课在塑造大学生和谐人格中具有独特的优势。其中,"基础"课重在大学生道德人格、法治人格的养成教育;"纲要"课重在爱国主义、社会责任感和历史使命感教育;"原理"课重在树立"三观"、理想信念教育;"概论"课重在政治人格的塑造。几门课优势齐发,一起形成人格教育的"合力",共同促进大学生和谐人格的塑造。the harmonious personality is the inner demand for the healthy development of college students and it has rich connotation. The ideological and political theory course has a unique advantage in shaping the college students＂ harmonious personality. The ＂foundation＂ lesson lies in the nurturance education of college students＇ moral personality and legal personality; the ＂Outline＂ lesson is the education about patriotism, social responsibility and historic sense of mission; the ＂Principles＂ lesson aims at the ideal faith education; the ＂Introduction＂ lessson helps to shape political personality. The advantage of courses together forms ＂ resultant force＂ of the personality education, promoting to shape harmonious personality of college students.
