河北省高校开设珍珠球课程的必要性研究

摘　　要：珍珠球是一项民族传统体育运动项目.对抗性强,攻守转换速度快,较少受到场地、器材、性别和年龄等方面的限制,具有很强的健身、娱乐价值,便于普及,易于提高.但是河北省高校开设珍珠球课程并不普及.从对学生进行思想政治教育、珍珠球运动的功效、传播民族文化、高校体育教学改革、促进大学生身心健康发展5个方面,阐述了河北省高校开设珍珠球课程的必要性.Pearl ball is a traditional sports item.It has many characteristics,such as strong confrontation,fast conversion between offensive and defensive,less restrictions of space,equipment,gender and age,great value of fitness and entertainment,and convenience of spread and improvement.But in universities of Hebei province,this course is not popular.This article,from five aspects such as the ideological and political education of students,effects of pearl ball movement,dissemination of national culture,teaching reform on university sports and the development of university students’ physical and mental health,elaborates the necessity of setting up pearl ball course in universities of Hebei province.
