恒前牙脱位治疗后疗效观察

摘　　要：[背景 ]总结 84颗恒前牙脱位治疗的疗效 .[病例报告 ]84颗脱位牙中 ,部分脱位 31颗牙 ,完全脱位 31颗牙 ,嵌入性脱位 2 2颗牙 ,2 5颗牙合并牙槽骨骨折 .所治疗的牙齿中效果优者 5 5颗牙 ,良者 14颗牙 ,效果差者 8颗牙 ,失败者 7颗牙 .[讨论 ]治疗脱位牙时 ,脱位时间越短 ,疗效越好 ;单个牙脱位比多个牙脱位效果好 ;3种脱位方式中 ,部分脱位牙效果最好 ,嵌入性脱位牙的最差 ;BACKGROUND To summarize curative effects for 84 cases of dislocation of the permanent anterior teeth . CASE REPORT Out of reposition and fixation for 84 cases of dislocation of permanent anterior teeth, 31 cases were partial dislocation, 31 cases were complete dislocation, 22 cases were impacted dislocation and 25 cases were dislocation complicated with the fractures of alveolar bone. 55 cases had good effects, 14 cases favorable effects, 8 cases bad effects and 7 cases failure effects. DISCUSSION The shorter time of dislocation, the better effects when the treatment of dislocation of teeth. The curative effects for dislocation of single teeth is better than that of multiple teeth. In three kinds of teeth dislocations, the partial dislocation of teeth has the best effects and the impacted dislocation of teeth has the worst effects, and the curative effects are better in the juvenile permanent teeth than in the permanent teeth of adults.
