摘　　要：对任职教育实践教学进行基本界定，重点阐述专题实习式、模拟式、想定作业式、参观见学式和综合演练式实践教学方法的运用，并强调在任职教育实践教学中应把握好综合保障、与学历教育合理衔接、与部队训练有机结合等三个问题。The transition of the teaching task from military purposes to the occupational education requires strengthen practical teaching. The paper points out the necessity of practical teaching in military academies and illustrates some different teaching patterns such as teaching-checking, procedure, special subject practice, simulated studying and assignment. The paper also touches upon several questions that should be master in post-oriented education, and improves self-determina- tion, cooperation, creativity of student continuously.
