摘　　要：世界主要军事强国都非常注重战略投送的法制建设，不仅战略投送各环节法规健全、民用运力动员机制完善，而且交通设施设备增加军事用途法规详细、战略投送信息化建设成效显著，从法规制度上保证了战略投送的实施，提升了战斗力。Many main military powerful countries pay great attention to the legislation construction of strategy projection, such as perfecting laws and regulations of each parts in strategy projection, the transportation facilities usages laws and regulations, these actions can ensure the implementation of strategy projection effectively from the view of legislation and en- hance combat effectiveness.
