摘　　要：使用电子档案管理系统管理档案是最科学的一种档案管理方式。它存在结构简单、操作方便、信息容量大、检索速度快等优点,深受大家的青睐。为保证档案数据的绝对安全,本系统采用了基于VB开发的C/S结构模式。The most scientific management mode of file management system is electronic records.It accepted by people for it＇s merits of simple structure,easy operation,large information capacity and the fast retrieval speed.In order to ensure the absolute security of file data,the design of the file system use of the Client/Server model which based on VB development.
