摘　　要：肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是一组以腹痛、腹胀以及排便习惯改变为主要症状的慢性功能性肠道疾病.近些年大量研究表明肠黏膜炎症免疫在IBS的发病机制中起了重要的作用,本文综述了肠黏膜炎症免疫与IBS关系的研究进展.Irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） is a chronic functional bowel disease with abdominal pain,abdominal distension and bowel habit changes.Studies in recent years have demonstrated that intestinal mucosal inflammatory and immune activation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of IBS.In this paper we will review recent advances in understanding the relationship between intestinal mucosal inflammatory immune response and IBS.
