“骨错缝筋出槽”与颈椎病发病关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨颈椎"骨错缝筋出槽"与颈椎病临床发病的关系。方法:将2006年3月至2011年10月曙光医院骨伤科门诊收治的符合颈椎病诊断标准的333例患者作为颈椎病组纳入研究,男119例,女214例,平均年龄(48.11±12.21)岁;健康受试者组受试者30例(来源于曙光医院研究生及进修生、社区人员),男6例,女24例,平均年龄(45.27±10.12)岁。分别从症状体征、动态触诊、X线评价3方面综合判断两组受试者颈椎"骨错缝筋出槽"的发生率。结果:两组的症状体征、动态触诊、影像指标方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);颈椎病组有87.99%(293/333)发生颈椎"骨错缝筋出槽",与健康受试者组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:颈椎"骨错缝筋出槽"是颈椎病临床发病的关键病理环节之一,为颈椎病临床防治提供新的研究思路。Objective：To explore the relation between ＂Gucuofeng and Jinchucao＂ and cervical spondylosis. Methods： From March 2006 to October 2011,333 patients with cervical spondylosis were collected in the study as cervical spondylosis group; 30 subjects of control group come from student of Shuguang Hospital and other health volunteer. There were 119 males and 214 females with a mean age of （48.11±12.21） years in cervical spondylosis group and there were 6 males and 24 females with a mean age of （45.27±10.12） years in control group. In aspect of the symptom and sign,dynamic palpation,X-ray examination wer performed to find the incidence rate of ＂Gucuofeng and Jinchucao＂ in two groups. Results：There was significant difference in symptom and sign,dynamic palpation,X-ray examination between two groups （P0.01）. In cervical spondylosis group,＂Gucuofeng and Jinchucao＂ occurred in 293 cases （87.99% ）,there was significant difference compared with control group （P0.01）. Conclusion：Cervical ＂Gucuofeng and Jinchucao＂ is one of pathological point of cervical spondylosis,and it can provide a guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis .
