摘  要:通过30 mL/L H2O2临床分层治疗100例多发性寻常疣患者,观察发现:治愈母疣,子疣无需治疗自然枯萎脱落痊愈;单一治愈子疣,对其余子疣和母疣形态无影响。揭示:母疣通过微丝网,控制播散"卫星"样子疣;子疣个体间无微丝网链接,单体子疣生长状态均司命于母疣,且以微丝网为载体传输信息码;人乳头瘤病毒复制存在"微丝网",属于厌氧病毒。这一研究表明肿瘤发生临界点与肿瘤发生、转移效应机制,进而我们提出了筛选抗病毒药物的新视野与临床治疗肿瘤靶标的新取向。In a clinical stratified treatment with 30 mL/L H2O2 on 100 cases of common wart, we found that if the mother wart had been cured, the seed warts died and fell off naturally without treatment, and that if the seed warts had been cured alone, the mother wart and the other warts still stayed. The mother wart controls these satellite-like spread sub-warts by a microfilament network; there is no microfilament network among the sub-warts which are controlled by the mother wart. The mother wart transmits information by means of the microfilament network. Human papillomavirus, a kind of anaerobic virus, replicates in the microfilament network. We show that the critical point of tumorigenesis is related to the mechanism underlying tumorigenesis and metastasis, and bring forward a new direction for selecting antiviral drugs and clinical cancer-targeted treatment.
