摘  要:采用两次絮凝处理工艺对钻井污水进行了处理实验。探讨了絮凝剂种类及投加条件对处理效果的影响 ,并借助显微照相、ζ电位、扫描电镜等分析测试手段探索了絮凝机理。研究表明 :钻井污水经过两次絮凝处理可以使COD、悬浮物和色度等达到GB 8978- 1996标准要求 ;第一次处理絮凝机理以“吸附架桥”机理为主 ,第二次处理絮凝机理可用“电中和”In this paper two-step flocculation method for drilling sewage disposal was studied,and the effect of floccutants and its concentration on treatment efficiency was discussed.The experiment result showed that the contents of heavy metal salts,SS and organic matters (COD,oil) of the effluent resulted from two-step flocculation units were fitted to the standard of GB8978-1996.With the aid of some analytical methods such as microphotograph,ζ potential and SEM,the mechanism of the flocculation of wastewater was approached further.As a result,the flocculation mechanisms of the two disposal processes of drilling sewage were difference. Adsorption-bridging mechanism was the main process in the first step and charge neutralization mechanism was the main process in second step.
