摘　　要：有机阳离子转运体(Organic cation trans-porters,OCTs)参与许多重要内源性物质和药物的体内转运过程,其作用愈来愈被人们所重视。本文就近年来有关OCTs与内源性物质和药物的相互作用、OCTs的表达水平调节及基因多态性的影响等方面的研究进展进行综述。Nowadays, more and more atten- tions have been attached to the importance of or- ganic cation transporters （OCTs）. OCTs has in- volved in the transmembrane transport of nu- merous significant endogenous and exogenous substances including many clinical drugs. There- fore, recent progress on the interactions be-tween OCTs and these substances, the regula tion of OCTs expression and the influence of OCTs polymorphism are reviewed in this paper.
