论医学院校青年教师综合素质和能力提高的措施

摘　　要：随着青年教师在高校中所占比例逐年升高,青年教师素质教育的提升是建设高水平大学,培养合格大学生的关键所在。加强青年教师的培养,提高青年教师的素质和能力,一方面高校要重视岗前培训及继续教育;另一方面,青年教师要注重自身师德建设、更新教育观念、探索创新教学方法、提高科研能力。结合医学院校的特点,青年教师培养体系及培养目标的确立良好地促进了医学院校青年教师综合素质和能力。With the increases of the proportion of the young teachers in universities year by year, the improvement of young teacher quality is crucial to create the high level schools and cultivate the high qualified students. In the process of enhance the young teachers＇ quality and ability, the pre-job trainings and continued educations are needed in the university. Moreover, young teachers should pay attention to raise their professional ethics, to renewal the education concept,to explore teaching methods and to enhance the scientific research ability.
