摘  要:教学督导是教学质量监控体系中不可或缺的一部分,由于我国民办本科院校起步较晚,教学督导基础薄弱,在督导意识、理念、制度、运行方式等方面还存在诸多问题。美国是民办教育发展的最好且教学督导执行最早最系统的国家之一,借鉴价值较高,文章将从美国的教学督导的演变给予的启示中寻找出路。Teaching supervision is a necessary part in the teaching quality monitoring system.Since the private universities and colleges in China are still at the very early stage,the foundation of the teaching supervision system is weak.There are problems in terms of awareness,philosophy,system,and operation.The Unites States is one of the countries in which private education is well developed and the operation of teaching supervision has been practiced for long time.Thus their experience is of great value of reference.The evolution of the teaching supervision system in America is introduced in this paper to provide an example.
