摘  要:目的:观察肿节风颗粒对小型猪腮腺照射后活性氧簇(reactive oxygen species,ROS)的清除作用。方法:60只小型猪随机分成空白对照组(对照组)、单纯照射组(单照组)和肿节风加照射组(药照组)3组,每组20只;每组平行分成a、b、c和d 4个亚组,每组5只,分别于照射结束后1、10、40和90d取腮腺组织,药照组于照射前1周开始给予肿节风颗粒(0.3g/kg),直至腮腺组织取出,对照组与单照组给予等量生理盐水。在全麻状态下肿节风组跟单照组给予60 C0γ射线双侧腮腺照射,30Gy/(5f.5w),对照组不予照射,观察各组腮腺质量及ROS含量变化。结果:照射后1d,对照组、单照组、药照组ROS含量分别为(62.58±8.96)、(136.75±33.78)和(62.83±35.25)U/mL,对照组与药照组差异无统计学意义,P>0.01;单照组与药照组和对照组之间差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;照射后10d,对照组、单照组、药照组ROS含量分别为(64.50±8.40)、(338.50±30.36)和(281.67±48.72)U/mL,三组之间差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01;照射后40d,对照组、单照组、药照组ROS含量分别为(62.92±6.34)、(392.83±32.66)和(324.42±54.57)U/mL,三组之间差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01;照射后90d,对照组、单照组、药照组ROS含量分别为(62.75±7.01)、(438.92±36.31)和(323.75±49.30)U/mL,三组之间差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01;药照组的ROS含量均低于单照组。结论:肿节风通过清除小型猪腮腺放射后的ROS活性,能有效减缓腮腺放射损伤。OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Glabrous Sarcandra Herb in scavenging ( reactive oxygen species,ROS) produced by irradiation in miniature pig parotid glands. METHODS: Totally 60 miniature pigs were randomly divided into normal control group,radiation control group and medicine radiation group, and each group was randomized divided into four parallel group numbered a, b, c and d. Bilateral parotid glands were taken and weighed on the days 1,10,40,90 following the exposure in subgroups a, b, c and d respectively. Glabrous Sarcandra Herb was administered to the medicine radiation group a week before ex- posure to the radiation, and equal physiological saline for the others. The radiation control group and the medicine radiation group received single dose of 30 Gy gamma-rays delivered to each parotid gland(30 Gy/5f/5w), the normal control group received 0 Gy gamma-rays. The changes of parotid glands and content of ROS were observed. RESULTS: The first day after radiation, the con- tents of ROS in normal control group, radiation control group and medicine radiation group were (62. 58 ± 8.96), (136. 75 ± 33.78) and (62.83±35.25) U/mL respectively. There were no statistical differences between normal control group and medicine radiation group (P〉0.01). Ten days after radiation,the contents of ROS in normal control group,radiation control group and medicine radiation group were (64.50±8.40), (338.50±30.36) and (281.67±48.72) U/mL respectively. 40 days After radia- tion,the contents of ROS in normal control group, radiation control group and medicine radiation group were (62.92± 6.34), (392.83±32.66) and (324.42±54.57) U/mL respectively. Ninety days after radiation, the content of ROS in normal control group,radiation control group and medicine radiation group were (62. 75± 7. 01), (438. 92± 36. 31) and (323. 75 ± 49.30) U/mL respectively. The results showed statistical differences among the three groups in every time period(P〈0.01)
