摘　　要：目的:探讨肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)组织中14-3-3zeta蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测134例HCC组织中14-3-3zeta表达,并分析14-3-3zeta的表达与临床相关特征的关系。结果:14-3-3zeta在HCC组织表达升高,癌组织中14-3-3zeta蛋白表达阳性率为56.72%(76/134),显著高于癌旁组织18.03%(22/122),差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。14-3-3zeta在炎性细胞浸润的癌组织中表达阳性率为73.53%(25/34),显著高于无炎性细胞浸润癌组织50.52%(49/97),差异有统计学意义,P=0.020。14-3-3zeta表达水平与TNM分期、分化程度以及肿瘤大小无相关性。结论:HCC癌组织中14-3-3zeta蛋白表达显著高于癌旁组织,同炎性细胞的浸润相关,提示14-3-3zeta可能在HCC免疫应答中起到一定的作用。OBJECTIVE.. Investigating the expression of 14-3-3 zeta in hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） tumor tis- sues and relationships with pathological factors. METHODS： Immunohistochemical （IHC） staining method was employed to detect the 14-3-3 zeta expression in paraffin-embedded specimens from 134 HCC patients. The relationships of 14 3-3 zeta with clinical pathological factors were analyzed with chi-square. RESULTS： IHC results showed that 14-3-3 zeta ex- pression was elevated in cancerous tissues. The positive staining rate was 56.72 % （76/134） in cancerous tissues, while positive rate was 18.03% （22/122） in surrounding noncancerous tissues （P〈0.01）. Furthermore, the positive staining rate of 14-3-3 zeta expression in cancerous tissues with inflammatory cell invasion was 73.53 % （25/34） ,higher than those without it 50.52% （49/97）,P= 0. 020. Expression of 14-3-3 zeta had no correlation with TNM stage, differentiation and tumor size. CONCLUSIONS.. The over-expression of 14-3-3 zeta proteins in HCC cancerous tissues is correlated with in- flammatory cell invasion. The evidence has implied that 14-3-3zeta involved in the regulation of immune response.
