摘  要:攀钢钒高碱度精炼渣因受活性石灰和萤石等原料条件的影响,导致钢水精炼效果不稳定,为此,采用存放周期较短的转炉活性石灰配加适量的萤石进行精炼造渣,以改善钢水的精炼效果。通过理论计算与分析,制定了活性石灰在钢水精炼中的应用方案,现场应用效果表明:活性石灰精炼造渣工艺提高了钢包渣组成控制及钢水精炼效果的稳定性,减小了钢水中硫和磷含量的波动,有利于产品质量的稳定控制,且降低了炼钢成本1.8元/t。The refining effect was not stable because of the composition fluctuation of refining slag with high basici- ty. The raw materials combined with active lime and fluorite had effect on the composition of the stag. The active lime and fluorite in convert with short storage period were put into the molten steel to refine slag in order to improve the effect of refining. The active lime was applied in refining process when the theoretical calculation and analysis was accomplished. The results show that the composition control of slag and refining effect are more stable, the fluctuation of sulphur content and phosphorous content are decreased, the quality of products is steadily and the coast is reduced by 1.8 RMB/t.
