摘  要:基于诚德镍业450m3高炉冶炼的高Al2O3含量的红土烧结矿原料组成及炉渣特征,采用分析纯配置高Al2O3含量的高炉渣,并通过吊丝旋转黏度测定系统及高温拉曼光谱法研究w(MgO)及w(Al2O3)对炉渣黏度及脱硫的影响。结果表明,当炉渣二元碱度稳定在1.03时,调整w(Al2O3)或w(MgO)可以降低炉渣的黏度及改善脱硫效果。Based on composition of raw materials and property of slag with superhigh w(Al2O3), which was produced using smelting laterite sinter ore by a blast furnace (BF) with 450 m^3 of Chengde Nickel Industry, superhigh w(Al2O3) slag was synthesized using analytical reagent. Viscosity and desulfurization properties of BF slag with different w(MgO) and w(Al2O3) was measured using hanging wire rotational viscosity measurement system and high temperature Raman spectrometer. The results indicate that decrease of BF slag viscosity and improvement of desulfurization rate can be presented by adjusting w(Al2O3) or w(MgO) when binary basicity of BF slag is 1.03.
