摘 要:为了给东北地区玉米垄作免耕播种机探求既能保持垄形又可防止堵塞的破茬装置,在阐述农业技术要求的基础上,详细地分析移动式、驱动式和滚动式3种破茬方案的机理。结果表明:滚动圆盘式破茬装置土壤扰动较小,垄形的改变程度较低,适合我国东北垄作地区的免耕播种的技术要求,为破茬防堵装置优化设计提供新的理论依据。In order to design a residues cutting device that not only keeps ridge shape but also prevents blocking for Northeast China. Agricultural technical requirements of no-tillage seeding for residues cutting device in the Northeast were introduced in this paper, and the superiors or inferiors of movable, driven and rolling residues cutting device were analyzed. The results showed that roiling disc-type residues cutting device disturbed soil less, kept ridge form better, played more effectively the advantage of ridge tillage, and was more suitable for ridge tillage. The study provided a new theoretical basis for optimizing the design of residues cutting and anti-blocking device.
