85例老年糖尿病白内障围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病患者白内障的围手术期的护理措施。方法对85例老年糖尿病患者在术前、术中及术后采取相应的护理措施,术前控制血糖及血压,术中做好心理护理及病情观察,术后采取措施预防并发症。结果患者术中配合良好,术后视力均得到不同程度的恢复,手术效果良好。围手术期无低血糖性休克发生,未因护理不当导致其他并发症的发生。结论为保证糖尿病患者白内障手术顺利进行,围术期采取相应有效的护理措施是手术成功的保障。Objective To investigate nursing measures for senile diabetic patients with cataract in peri -op-erative period. Methods 85 diabetic patients with senile cataract were enrolled in. Preoperative preparation, psycho-logical nursing, effective control of blood glucose and blood pressure, closing observation of postoperative condition changes and prevention of complications were given to these patients. Results Patients have a good cooperation in in- traoperative and postoperative. The Visual acuity have improved to varying degrees in post- operative. All these pa-tients have good surgical results. Conclusion In order to ensure successful senile cataract surgery in patients with di-abetes, active control of blood glucose and health education in preoperative, closing observation of condition in post- operative are guarantee for the successful operation.
