摘 要:为了快速有效地探测爆炸物的结合量,设计一款利用痕量爆炸物传感器检测爆炸物的系统.分子印迹压电传感器输出被测物引起的频率偏移,MSP430单片机对检测传感器和参考传感器的频率差信号进行捕获和计算,并将测量结果传到上位机.爆炸物被检测到的含量与频率差之间的关系由上位机的回归预测算法确定,将预测结果返回给单片机,确定有结合量后可进行显示和报警.实验结果表明:单片机测频误差分布在0.05%以内;上位机的回归预测分析均方误差为0.000268183,相关系数为99.7641%.In order to quickly and efficiently detect combined explosive amount, an explosive detecting system with a trace explosive sensor is designed. Molecularly imprinted piezoelectric sensor outputs frequency offset of measured object, MSP430 microcontroller captures and calculates the frequency difference signal between the detection sensor and the reference sensor, and then the measurement results are transmitted to the host machine. The relationship between the content and frequency of explosives were detected by the regression prediction algorithm, the predicted results are returned to the microcontroller to determine to display and alarm. The experimental results show: The single-chip's frequency measurement error is less than 0. 05%;Mean square error of regression analysis of the host computer is 0. 000268183,the correlation coefficient is 99. 7641%.
