消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察消癌平注射液配合化疗治疗晚期食管癌的增效减毒和改善生活质量的效果。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用单纯化疗,治疗组在化疗基础上加用消癌平注射液,40mL静点,1次/d,15d为1个疗程,共3～4疗程,对照组单纯化疗。结果两组患者病灶均有所缩小,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。白细胞下降程度和生活质量改善情况,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗晚期食管癌具有明显的增效、减毒作用。Objective Effective of synergy and attenuation in injection of XIAOAIPING combined with chemotherapy in dvanced stage patients of carcinoma of esophagus.Methods 60 patients were randomized into two groups：30 patients were treated with injection of XIAOA1PING combined with chemotherapy.means of XIAOAIPING：40 mL quiescent point daily, course of treatment is fifteen days,and there were 3-4 course of treatment in this experiment.30 patients were only received chemotherapy as control group. Results The tumour in two group were all minification,There were no significant deviation.Probability of leucocyte degression decreased,quality of life improved.Conclusion Preliminary results show improvements in synergy and attenuation in injection of XIAOAIPING combined with chemotherapy.
