摘 要:为了提高自动检测和故障诊断系统的设计可靠性,介绍一种在多传感器冗余测试中实现数据通道选择的设计方法。区别于多传感器融合测量技术,此方法只需要一个传感器即可正常工作,其他传感器作为备份,当工作的传感器出现故障时,备份传感器的数据才被检测电路使用,并通过LED指示识别传感器未安装或输出故障。两通道和四通道选择设计实例证明:该方法简单可靠,适用于大多数冗余测量中的数据选择问题。目前该设计在实际工程中应用效果良好。In order to improve the design reliability of auto test and fault diagnosis system, introduce a design method to realize data channel selection in multi-sensor redundancy testing. This method is different from multi-sensor amalgamation test technology, it needs only one sensor, other sensors are all in backup state. When fault appears in the working sensor, data in backup sensors will be read by test circuit, and it can also indicate output fault or fix errors by LED. Two channels and four channels select design examples proved that this method is simple, reliable, and is suit for most of data select problems in redundancy testing. These design examples are applied well in actual project till now.
