摘 要:针对火电厂主汽温对象的时变性以及大迟延的特点,本文应用模糊-动态矩阵控制算法(Fuzzy-DMC),在原有动态矩阵控制器的基础上,引入模糊控制器。该模糊控制器用来校正实际对象与模型之间的输出偏差,有效降低了实际对象发生较大变化时模型与实际对象不匹配的影响,提高了动态矩阵控制的鲁棒性。将该方法应用到某600WM火电机组主汽温对象中进行仿真,仿真结果表明当主汽温对象发生较大变化时,系统仍能取得理想的控制效果,其性能明显优于常规PID以及动态矩阵控制器,是可行且有效的。The thermal power plant' s main stream temperature system has the characteristics of an uncertain system with large delay and time-varying,so this paper has applied an Fuzzy-dynamic matrix control (Fuzzy-DMC) algorithm.A fuzzy controller is introduced based on original dynamic matrix control.The fuzzy controller is used for correcting the output deviation between the actual object and the prediction model.The method has effectively reduced the impact of model mismatch when the actual object changes greatly.It has improved the robust performance.A simulation for a 600WM thermal power unit' s main stream temperature system using the presented method is carried out and the simulation demonstrates that when the object changes greatly,the system is able to achieve ideal control effect and the performance is better than co .nventional PID and dynamic matrix controller.It is feasible and effective.
