摘　　要：目的　探讨CD44V6在不同病理类型肾母细胞瘤中表达的差异及其意义。方法　用免疫组化方法 ,研究 17例不同病理类型肾母细胞瘤和 13例正常肾组织中CD44V6的表达。结果　肾母细胞瘤CD44V6阳性率为 47.1% ,明显高于正常肾组织 (7.7% ,1/ 13)。其中 ,间变型肾母细胞瘤CD44V6阳性率 10 0 % (5 / 5 ) ,非间变型阳性率 2 5 .0 % (3/ 12 ) ,两者差异有显著性意义 (P =0 .0 0 9<0 .0 2 5 ) ;间质型与胚基上皮型比较 ,CD44V6阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论　CD44V6与肾母细胞瘤间变有关 ,可能是间变型肾母细胞瘤的一个标志 ,而与肾母细胞瘤组织分化方向无明确关系。Objective To explore the expression of CD44V6(one of CD44 variants) and its significance in different subtypes of nephroblastoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to examine the expression of CD44V6 in the formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues from 17 cases of nephroblastoma in different subtypes and 13 normal kidneys. Results The positive location of CD44V6 was observed on cell surface. The positive rate of CD44V6 was 7.7% (1/13) in normal renal tissue and 47.1% (8/17) in nephroblastoma specimen. The latter was significantly higher than that in normal renal tissues. Among the 17 cases of nephroblastoma, 5 anaplastic cases showed positive CD44V6 expression, whereas 3 out of 12 non anaplastic cases presented positively ( P = 0.009 < 0.025 ). Conclusion The results indicate that the expression of CD44V6 is common in nephroblastoma, and high expression of CD44V6 may be a marker of anaplastic changes of nephroblastoma.
