摘  要:客车的NVH特性受到汽车生产厂家日益增加的重视,尽可能的减少振动和噪声已成为当今客车设计的一个重要指标。借助有限元软件hyperworks及LMS Virtual.Lab声学软件求得车身结构模态和声腔模态,得到的频率和振型。然后,在Virtual.Lab中利用模态叠加法求解频响,将车身频响分析的车身振动速度文件导入Virtual.Lab中计算车内声场分布及车内测点处的声压曲线,分析找出了有可能影响车身噪声的几个特定频率,为厂家改进提供了参考,具有一定的指导价值。With the increasing attention of automobile manufacturers, NVH of the bus is becoming more important. Reducing the vibration and noise as far as possible has become an important index in today's passenger car design. With the help of the finite element software Hyperworks and acoustics software LMS Virtual.Lab, frequencies and mode shapes of the structure of the body and acoustic cavity are achieved. Then frequency response analysis is solved by using mode superstition method in the Vir- tual.Lab. In order to calculate sound field distribution and closed beta point sound pressure curve in the passenger car, the body vibration speeds fi]e is imported into Virtual.Lab. Finally, some specific frequencies which may affect the body noise are identi- fied. Then, a reference for the improvement of the factory is provided, which has a certain guiding value.
