青年女性唇部侧貌与面部侧貌美学评价的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过对青年女性唇部侧貌和面部侧貌进行主观美学评价,分析整体面部侧貌美观和单纯唇部侧貌美观之间的相关性。方法 18～25岁正畸治疗前女性患者48例,黄色人种、双侧颜面部基本对称。收集其休息位面部侧貌和唇部侧貌图像。20名正畸医生和24名成年正畸患者分别对其行主观美学评价(Q-分类法),并于面部侧貌评价结束后对影响面部侧貌美观的10个因素进行排序。结果青年女性休息位唇部侧貌与面部侧貌的主观美学评分呈正相关关系(医生组r=0.713,P<0.001,直线回归方程为y=0.595+0.851x;患者组r=0.613,P<0.001,直线回归方程为y=1.220+0.695x)。正畸医生和正畸患者、男性和女性,对休息位面部侧貌和唇部侧貌的审美具有高度一致性。整体协调被认为是面部侧貌美观最主要的影响因素。结论青年女性休息位唇部侧貌美观影响整体面部侧貌美观,但不能完全解释面部侧貌美观。Objective To evaluate the consistency between the lip profile and the facial profile esthetics in young females. Methods 48 female patients were included in this study. All aged from 18- 25 years old, yellow race with bilateral face symmetry. 20 orthodontists and 24 orthodontic patients were asked to perform two Q-sort assessments of esthetic evaluation on different photographs of these 48 young female subjects. The two sets of photographs are as follows： the whole facial profile and lip profile only when resting. The evaluators aslo ranked ten characterstics at the completion of the facial part. Results The esthetic evaluation scores of the lip profile and the facial profile when resting are positively related （r=0.713 for orthodontists, P〈 0.001, the linear regression equation is y=0.595＋0.851x;and r=0.613 for orthodontic patients, P 〈 0.001, the linear regression equation is y=l.220＋0.695x）. Young orthodontists and orthodontic patients, men and women, are in agreement when it comes to evaluating facial profile and lip profile esthetics. Overall facial harmony is thought to be the most important characteristic deciding facial profile esthetics. Conclusions The lip profile has an impact on the whole facial profile esthetics, but it doesn＇t determine the facial profile esthetics.
