摘　　要：目的探讨加强对肺癌患者手术后呼吸道的管理及其对患者愈后的影响。方法选择本院2009年3月～2011年12月收治的50例肺癌患者,治疗后对患者的呼吸道进行管理,包括患者的体位、镇痛、吸氧、排痰及日常护理等。结果本组50例患者术后通过保持正确的体位、吸氧、协助排痰、保持呼吸道通畅等处理,未见呼吸衰竭病例,9例肺不张患者复张治疗效果良好,所有患者均于2周～2个月内出院。结论加强对肺癌患者手术后呼吸道的管理,保持呼吸道通畅,可以降低呼吸道并发症的发生率,缩短患者的住院日,提高肺癌患者术后恢复的效果。Objective To explore strengthening management on the respiratory tract of lung cancer patients after surgery and its influence on the prognosis.Methods 50 patients with lung cancer were selected in our hospital from March 2009 to December 2011.The patients were given respiratory managemented after treatment,including the patient’s position,analgesia,oxygen,productive and routine nursing,etc.Results The measures like keeping right position,assisting in oxygen uptake and expectoration,and maintaining unobstructed respiratory tract were taken in 50 participants after surgery.There was no respiratory failure occurred.9 patients with pulmonary atelectasis after treatment and management obtained favorable effects on recruitment maneuver.All these patients were discharged from hospital within 2 weeks to 2 months.Conclusion Strengthening management on the respiratory tract of the lung cancer patients after surgery and keeping the airway unobstructed can reduce the incidence of respiratory complications,shorten hospital stays,and improve the postoperative recovery in lung cancer patients.
