摘　　要：轨交站点上盖综合开发是近些年来越来越受到关注的设计和开发模式。本文以上海地铁七号线后滩站上盖环通商业广场项目的设计为例,从总体设计理念到建筑特征作了详细的论述,探索了上盖综合开发建筑设计的特点和要素。the cross rail site cover comprehensive development is in recent years more and more attention in the design and development mode. Taking Shanghai metro line seven, after the beach station on the cover ring design through commercial plaza project as an example, discussed in detail the overall design concept to architectural features, explore the characteristics and factors of the upper cover comprehensive development of architectural design.
