复方樟柳碱联合血栓通治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方樟柳碱联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效及应用价值。方法 38例(44眼)眼部缺血性视神经病变患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组20例(23眼),采用复方樟柳碱联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗。对照组18例(21眼),使用血管扩张剂,营养神经药,B族维生素等治疗。全部患者早期均使用皮质类固醇和甘露醇。结果治疗组23眼,显效8眼,有效12眼,无效3眼。对照组21眼,显效4眼,有效8眼,无效9眼。治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为86.9%、57.1%。治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.91,P<0.05)。结论复方樟柳碱联合血栓通治疗眼部缺血性视神经病变疗效显著,治疗方便,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application and efficacy of compound Anisodine and compound Xueshuantong in ischemie optic neuropathy. Methods A total of 38 patients （44 eyes） of ischemic optic neuropathy were randomly divided into trial group and control group. The trial group including 20 patients （23 eyes） was treated with compound Anisodine and compound Xue- shuantong. The control group including 18 patients （21eyes） was treated with vasodilators, optic nerve nutrition drugs, vitamins B, et al. All the patients were given corticosteroids and mannitol at early stage. Results In the trial group, the outcome was markedly effective in 8 eyes, effective in 12 eyes and ineffective 3 eyes. In the control group, the counterparts were 4, 8 and 9 eyes, respec- tively. The total effective rate was 86.9% in the trial group and 57.1% in the control group, between which there existed a statisti- cally significant difference （ X2 = 4.91, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of two compound drugs, i.e. Anisodine and Xueshuantong is remarkably effective on the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy. It is convenient and safe when applied in clini- cal practice.
