摘  要:设计小功率三相六状态无刷直流电机控制系统.电机额定电压24 V,额定功率20 W,转速180 r/min.三相桥式电路采用三相六状态的导通方式,能实现电机的正反转控制,能利用PWM方式实现开环调速.本设计可用于小功率电动车驱动,通过改变驱动额定电压和改换开关管(MOSFET)及三相桥式功率主电路驱动芯片也适用于中功率电动车驱动.The design of the low power of three-phase six state brushless DC motor control system is described.It can drives the rated voltage of 24 V and the rated power of 20 W.The speed of brushess DC motor is 180 r/min.Three-phase of bridge circuit adopts three-phase six ways of conduction.It can not only controls how the motor turns but also realize the open-loop speed control by using the mode of PWM.This design can be used in low power electric drive,and can also be applied to electric cars by changing the rated voltage or by a change in power MOSFET,and changing the type of the three-phase bridge circuit drive chip is also a good way.
