摘 要:利用高能球磨方法制备了Fe单掺杂和Fe、BN双掺杂的ZnO基纳米复合磁性材料,通过XRD结构测试、DTA热稳定性分析、VSM磁性测量,对比研究表明BN的掺入加速球磨样品晶粒尺寸的减小、增强热处理后ZnO的峰强、降低各相的结晶温度,而BN的掺入对球磨样品的磁性影响很少、对热处理后样品的磁性影响也很少.Fe single-doped ZnO base nanometer magnetic composite and Fe,BN double-doped ZnO base nanometer magnetic composite were prepared using the method of high-energy ball mill for this research.The comparative study of XRD structure test,DTA thermal stability analysis,VSM magnetic measurement shows that BN sped up the decreasing in size of ball-milling crystal grain samples,enhanced the peak strength of ZnO after heat treatment,and decreased the crystallization temperature of each phase.Furthermore,the incorporation of BN had very little influence on the magnetism of the ball-milling samples.It also had very little influence on the magnetism of the samples after heat treatment.
