摘　　要：精细化管理是全新的管理理念和管理技术,其最基本的特征就是重视细节与过程,实施精细化操作。科研经费管理是高校科研管理与财务管理的重要环节。本文针对高校科研经费管理的现状与存在的问题,把精细化管理的理念与方法引入科研经费管理的每个环节,提出了加强高校科研经费管理的相关对策,确保高校科研工作的健康发展。Refined management is the new concept and technology about management, its most basic characteristic is the attention to detail and process and the implementation of the refinement operation. The management of research funds is an important part of research management and financial management in universities. This article analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of the management of research funds in universities, and suggests to strengthen the management countermeasures of research funds through the introduction of the theory and method of refined management into each link of the management of research funds, just to ensure the healthy development of the scientific research in universities.
