摘　　要：随着时代的发展和社会的进步,我国的中小企业有了长足的发展。他们日渐壮大,在国民经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色。由七十年代起的企业改革还在不断深入和发展中,在过去的改革进程中,主要是收集和吸取世界其他国家的中小企业改革经验和教训,进行系统分析后,再结合我国实际情况加以利用和革新。如今,我们必须沿着之前的改革之路继续走下去,帮助中小企业不断实现新的突破和发展。With the development of the times and social progress, small and medium-sized enterprises in China have got considerable development. They are growing fast and playing an increasingly important role i＇n the national economy. Starting from 1970s, the enterprise reform is still deepening and developing constantly. In the past, the reform is mainly to collect and absorb the experience and lesson of other countries and then make use of the experience combined with domestic condition innovatively. Now, the former reform road must be continued so that small and medium-sized enterprise can achieve new breakthroughs and development.
